Marc Mouhadeb

Marc founded Omri Investments to bring the same underwriting discipline used by institutional real estate players to acquisitions of every size. He has spent his career on the private equity and advisory side of commercial real estate — underwriting, structuring, and closing deals across every major asset class.

Before founding Omri Investments, Marc was Vice President of Real Estate Private Equity at GFI Capital, where he helped acquire $340 million of Class A multifamily assets across Atlanta, Kansas City, and New York, and assisted in negotiating the contract to acquire 5 Beekman Palace in NYC for conversion to a hotel.

Earlier, as an Associate at Bluerock Real Estate, Marc underwrote approximately $2 billion in office and multifamily transactions, helped build the financial models behind the formation of the Bluerock Multifamily REIT, and helped syndicate approximately $160 million in equity.

At Schonbraun McCann Group, Marc provided financial due diligence for real estate acquisitions on behalf of institutional players including Tishman Speyer, JPMorgan Chase, Vornado, Investcorp, Thor Equities, SL Green, and Broadway Partners — building IRR and discounted cash flow models across office, retail, and hospitality assets.

He began his career at Stillwater Capital, structuring equity and mezzanine real estate financing and managing a loan portfolio of more than 500 residential properties across 130 apartment buildings in Ohio.
